Meet Lewis

Lewis is a high school senior who’s not only an honor roll student but also an athlete. He’s taking on early college and AP classes, balancing it all with his passion for sports training and kinesiology. As a neurodivergent individual, Lewis knows firsthand the importance of inclusive and adaptive fitness programs.

At Adaptive Performance Training, Lewis’s goal is to help other neurodivergent kids and kids with disabilities discover their strengths and reach their fitness goals. He’s dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every young athlete can thrive and feel empowered. With Lewis leading the way, we’re all about making fitness fun and accessible for everyone!

Foundations of Fitness (Ages 6-10)

Our Foundations of Fitness program includes fun drills for Speed & Agility, games for Coordination, endurance activities for Stamina Building, stretching for Recovery,

and playful exercises for overall Fitness Fun

  • Speed & Agility Basics: Fun, engaging drills to enhance quickness and directional changes.

  • Coordination Play: Games and activities to develop hand-eye coordination and balance.

  • Stamina Building: Age-appropriate endurance activities to improve cardiovascular health.

  • Recovery Techniques: Introduction to stretching and relaxation exercises for young muscles

  • Fitness Fun: General physical fitness through playful activities and exercises.

Sessions are $20 for 30 - 45 minute sessions

2 weekly session $30

Junior Athlete Development (Ages 11-14)

The Junior Athlete Development program offers focused speed training, advanced coordination drills, endurance workouts for stamina enhancement, recovery education with stretching and  and functional fitness exercises.

  • Speed Training:  Focused exercises to enhance sprinting and running techniques.

  • Advanced Coordination: Drills to improve complex movements and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Stamina Enhancement: Cardiovascular and endurance training to build long-term stamina.

  • Recovery Education: Techniques for muscle recovery, including stretching and light yoga.

  • Functional Fitness: Strength and conditioning exercises suitable for pre-teens.

Sessions are $20 for 30 - 45 minute sessions

2 weekly session $30

Teen Performance Training (Ages 15-18)

Teen Performance Training provides high-intensity speed workouts, advanced coordination exercises, intensive stamina optimization, in-depth recovery techniques, and tailored strength and conditioning programs.

  • Elite Speed Workouts: High-intensity drills to maximize speed and agility.

  • Coordination Mastery: Advanced coordination exercises to refine athletic skills.

  • Stamina Optimization: Intensive endurance training for peak athletic performance.

  • Advanced Recovery: In-depth recovery techniques including foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and nutrition advice.

  • Strength & Conditioning: Tailored fitness programs to build muscle strength and overall fitness.

Sessions are $25 for 1 hour sessions

2 weekly sessions $35

  • Group Fitness Classes: Inclusive group classes promoting social interaction and teamwork.

  • One-on-One Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions to cater to individual needs and goals.

  • Parental Support Workshops: Workshops for parents on supporting their children’s fitness journey.
