Lewis is a college freshman with extensive knowledge of everything that is strength and conditioning.

At Adaptive Performance Training, Lewis is committed to helping individuals of all ages and abilities,

I offer one on one in person programs for the following ​

  • Speed for team sports or track athletes

  • Jump programs for track dunkers or basketball players

  • General fitness for people looking to be more physically active

Sessions are $25 for 1 hour sessions
